Personal Assistant at Alamia Group

"Alamia Group" leading Company on advertising filed is Hiring for "Personal Assistant":

- Requirements:
• 3-6 years of Work Experience as Personal Assistant.
• BSc degree of commerce 
• Excellent command on English 
• Excellent command on computer skills specially in (Excel) 
• Max age 30 years old 
• Female prefer 
 - Duties and Responsibility: 
• acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. 
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the. manager/executive 
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Organizing events and conferences 
• reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
• managing databases and filing systems.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems 
• liaising with staff, suppliers and clients .
• Collating and filing expenses.

 - Working system : 
• 9 hours per a work day ( 5 days per a week ) 
• 2 days' vacation 
• Transportation allowance + transportation (BUS Meeting point ) 
• Social and medical insurance. 

- Job location: 
• Alexandria desert road kilo 26 front of Nissan Auto Egypt – Abu rewash – Giza
