Work Purpose:
To develop and provide a comprehensive organizational, administrative and support service to the CEO by proactively overseeing the CEO’s workload and completing tasks as directed by the CEO.
Main Responsibilities:
. To provide support to the CEO in delivering the company overall strategic objectives.
. To work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefing materials for the CEO.
. To coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the Board of Trustees meetings and other meetings with outside partners.
. To conduct research/ analysis as directed by the CEO.
. To produce reports for the CEO as and when required.
. Supports CEO in his external commitments related to pitches.
Skills & Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal skills with advanced communication & presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.
• Ability to conduct research and present data in a well-written manner.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
• Time-management, and problem-solving skills.
