Accountant at Trimar forwarding

Trimar forwarding (Cairo- Giza) is hiring an accountant with a two year minimum working experience 

Duties:

- Review all cash receipts & Payments Vouchers
- Data Entry all cash receipts & payment on the software after the daily reviewing approval
- Prepare confirmation to suppliers and receivable and reconciliation with banks & other duties as assigned by finance manage
- Bank reconciliation
- Provide services for cost accounting & maintaining proper records in controlling inventory
- Preparing and revising invoices

Skills/Qualifications:

- BSc. of Commerce Major in Accounting
- 2 year minimum working experience
- Previous Practical Experience in general ledger
- Very good command of English (written & spoken)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to learn and use different software (Zoho or quickbooks)
- Presentable
- Flexible working hours
- Developed interpersonal communication skills.
