HR Specialist
Location: 6 October City
Proposes and recommends fitment of new employee
Conducts, examinations, evaluation and interview for new recruits and ensures staff are deployed in the right positions according to skills, experience, and overall goals
Carries out all Company recruitment activities and all regulatory tasks for hiring new staff.
Reviewing candidate's job experiences.
Screening CVs.
Collecting employees hiring documents.
Recording employees data.
Identify all needs replacement positions or expansion requests and work on their hiring.
Identify applicant requirements for each job by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
Responsible for coordinating all management interviews, final interviews and external assessments.
Responsible for employee’s relocation and retention offers in coordination with concerned managers.
Responsible for hiring both white and blue collars for the plant
Help with any other related administrative duties.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
3+ years of experience in the recruitment field.
Good command of the English language.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills.
Good presentation skills.
