"4 Level 1" is hiring HR Recruiter Needed
Location: Nasr City

Job Type: Full Timer

*Job Description: 
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives.
Administrative duties and record-keeping.
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Adding and recommending new and different recruiting channels

*Work Conditions:
Working Hours/Days: 9 hours per day / 5 Days a week.
Days OFF: Thursday & Friday
Job Requirements:
Age : 25 - 30.
English Fluency is a must.
A native-like accent.
Very good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle hard situations.
Teaching background is a must
Proficient in MS Office specially in Word and Excel.
Must be professional with great time management and multitasking abilities.
