HR Manager at New kerlo Pharma

A leading company in pharmaceutical distribution is looking for " HR Manager " with below details:-

Job Requirments:
- Experience in HR field not less than 6 years (Ex HR Mangerial level experience is a must)
- Leadership and decision maker are must.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Availblity to do work missions outside Cairo

Job Describtion:
- Assist in job design and organizational structure and record changes to organizational structure and job descriptions.
- Develop and manage the policies and procedures of human resources, as well as ensure that they are consistent with the law.
- Develop performance management and employee development system.
- Support the executive team to resolve organizational issues and improve communication between departments.
- Follow up the wages and benefits section
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Follow-up work of the Personnel Affairs Department 

Job Conditions:
- Job location Cairo
- Salary range 8000 - 12000 L.E
- Medical insurance 
- Weekend in Friday
