HR & Administration Section Head at ASCOM


ASCOM for carbonate and chemical looking for HR & Administration Section Head @ Minya, Egypt 

Managing the monthly attendance, vacations, and excuses;
Assist in the recruitment of potential applicants based on experience, skills, and education
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing explaining company policies
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Administering health insurance programs;
Handle staff transportation arrangements
Assist the HR section head in the Performance Management cycle.
Follow up the repair of minor malfunctions such as changing the lighting bulbs, installing the wheel of the office chairs or installation of a door.
Management of back-office staff
Managing the relations with suppliers; transportation, fleet, insurance, stationery, utilities etc.
Being responsible for administrative affairs duties

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline.
Minya resident
Experience from 4- 6 years
V.Good experience with MS Office applications
Knowledge of labor legislation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Teamwork skills
BS degree
V.Good English Language
