Job Opening: Corporate Finance Director

Job Purpose:  
• To assist and wherever applicable lead all origination effort pertains to Corporate Finance transaction in Egypt and all investment banking activities of the Bank under its alliance with Alliance Partner.
Qualifications:
• The candidate should have a strong multi-product corporate finance with exposure to syndicated loan transactions, acquisition financing structures with having the experience or knowledge of an equity advisory function. 
• Advanced quantitative skills with in-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies and well developed presentation skills. 
• A good communicator with relationship development bent of mind and ability to multi-task while being an effective team-player. 
• The candidate should have a minimum 7 years of experience on a corporate finance platform or on similar roles with exposure to multi-bank structured transactions in an origination/execution role.  
• Ideally a management graduate from one of leading schools in the region having worked with leading regional financial institutions in equity and debt markets, including commercial and  investment banks.
