Apple Certified Software Technicians
Job description:
• Identify, diagnose and repair IOS software problems on a variety of MAC and I phone mobiles
• Recommend components/configurations on Apple computer systems
• Provide timely, complete and accurate information directly to customers via face-to-face, telephone or email communication for estimate approval and customer unit repair
• Consistently achieve productivity, customer satisfaction and sales goals of the service repair shop
• Keep up-to-date on retail products and current technologies
Job Requirements:
1-3 Years of experience in same position.
- Bachelor’s degree .
- Excellent English language skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Work location : 6th of October
Fixed salary + Excellent Commission
