- Welcoming clients, guests and colleagues,
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls,
- Meeting rooms booking
- Internal and external mail distribution
- Sending mail through couriers
- Managing schedule of sending mail through office messengers
- Maintaining log books for visitors, meeting rooms, international and conference calls.

Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in administration 
- Fluent in English 
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication and organization skills
