Full stack developer 

At least 2 years of experience in the following:

Project 1
• Node.js
• Express
• MongoDB
• React.js
• Redux
• Socket.io
• WebRTC
• Nodemailer, Passport, Jade, Mongoose
• Webpack & Babel
• Mialin (npm package to handle the inbound emails)
• Stripe

Project 2
• Node.js
• Express
• MongoDB
• AngularJS (Angular 1 not Angular 2+)
• Socket.io
• Nodemailer, Passport, Jade, Mongoose
• Stripe

Last 2 bullets can be learned during the job

Mobile Apps
Ionic (version 1)

Should be familiar with:
• Version control system like Git
• Managing Linux servers
• RESTful APIs
