• Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields
• HR Diploma is a must
• MBA is preferable.
• CIPD Holder
• 7 – 10 Years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word,VISIO and Power Point).
• Excellent Command of English language skills.
Job Description :
1. Develop corporate plans for all the different HR activities such as compensation, benefits, recruitment,KPIs, etc
2. Act to support the human factor in the company by planning strategies for performance management, staffing, training and development etc
3. Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and P&P development
4. Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
5. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
6. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
