Pre-sales Engineer Pre-requisites
Work experience: 0 – 2 years.
Bachelor degree in communications engineering
Good knowledge of IP networking (CCNA or others networking certificates will be a plus)
Mobile communication systems and technologies knowledge
Be familiar with the sales cycle and activities
Be familiar with CRM
Telecom Transmission and Access technologies knowledge
Good communication skills
Presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent in Arabic and English languages (writing, reading and speaking)
Good computer skills (Windows, MS package, internet search...). Linux or other OS systems is a plus.
Ability to travel locally (inside Egypt) and abroad.
Ability to work individually or within a team.
Ability to self-study and self-learn when required.
Ability to interface with customers and handle their technical requests.
Highly organized
Time management
