-Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems .
-Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.
-Oversee facilities services and maintenance
-Manages the contract administrations function as it relates to maintenance/operations/ Security system/ Servers/ Transportation and ....etc.
-Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
-Manages all activities (either personally initiated or through subordinates) related to the maintenance of the facilities, office equipment and systems.
-Adhere to policies and regulations.
-Oversee facilities services and maintenance
-Organize and supervise other office activities
-Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Management or any relevant discipline.
-Min 4 year of experience
-Have a good interpersonal relationship and communication skills ,decision makers, analytical and logical.
-Have a possess an outstanding managerial skill.
