Senior Membership Officer at Amcham

The American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt is hiring "Senior Membership Officer"

Responsibilities:
• Recruit new members (CEOs and Executives of top companies in the market) through a planned membership database, incoming phone calls and events.
• Retain existing members (member care calls and renewal calls).
• Respond to members’ requests for any inquiries.
• Receive visitors and potential members for membership information.
• In charge of replacement members, gather all related information, prepare replacement packages and invite them to membership orientation meetings.
• In charge with the membership Director of the potential new members monthly plan and tracking.
• Responsible for the preparation of the membership meetings (Orientation and Ambassadors meetings) to familiarize new members and newly appointed ambassadors with AmCham services.
• Assist in preparing the new members board report to be submitted to the Board of Governors on a monthly basis.
• Assist Membership Director on the yearly membership presentation.

Job Requirements:
• Perfect English and Communication Skills
• Experience (3-5 years in a similar field)
