Requirements:
1- 5 years of experience in operations and energy production plan.
2- Excellent level of English.
3- Solar energy or renewable energy background is required.
4- BSc degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical is preferable.
Duties:
- Organization & supervision of maintenance activities following the company standards.
- Ensure that the activities are performed in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework, contracts and manufacturers requirements.
- Manage the local OM technician teams. Plan the technician activities and monitor them. Re-planning when appropriate. Understanding and explaining possible deviations.
- Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly reporting requirements to the company Production and third parties. KPI reporting.
- O&M contract management.
- Budgeting.
- Responsible for HSE compliance in accordance with local law and company policies and best practices.
