The American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt is hiring ''Membership Outreach Coordinator''
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Increase membership base and retaining existing members, and ensure membership satisfaction through surveys and engaging members in events and committees.
• Communicate updated U.S. Trade fairs to AmCham Members monthly through Business Monthly, events and welcome packages.
• In consultation with the Membership and Development Director, maintain the foundation’s brand through membership outreach.
• Post-event surveys (distribution, analysis and sending monthly results to CEO, Director of the department)
• Report all members concerns, suggestions and dissatisfaction to the Director of Membership and Management.
• Responsible for marketing AmCham Membership services
• Assist Membership Director on the yearly membership presentation.
• Attend and assist in AmCham activities and events.
• Welcome new members in AmCham events.
• Prepare new members welcome packages
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent Communication skills (oral & written English)
• 1-3 Years of Experience
