Need to hire: HR Generalist
Location: 10th of Ramadan.
Main Duties:
· Ensure that all HR practices are implemented in right way in the factory.
· Support factory teams in daily issues.
· Review and update the hiring needs from each factory.
· Managing full recruitment process and Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
· Collaborating with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
· Creating and publish job ads in various portals.
· Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.
· Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
· Review and update job descriptions and job specifications for every position and send to talent management head for reviewing and final approval.
· Updating and modify the monthly Org. chart and send to talent management head for review and confirmation.
· Develop job descriptions and job specifications for talent management head final review.
· Making the exit interviews and making exit Interview data analysis report sending the results to talent management head for any needed updates or actions needed to find solutions to reduce the turnover rate.
· Process the monthly payroll in an accurate, compliant and timely manner by following all internal procedures and processes as well as applicable laws, regulations and company deadlines.
· Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
· Supervise and audit Personnel processing (Form1, 2, 6, Work Permits) and make sure the company met the deadlines with no any legal liability.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in any related filed.
· Hand of experience in Recruitment, payroll and Personnel activities.
· 5 to 7 years of proven experience.
· HR Diploma is a must
· Manufacturing background is a must.
· Accuracy and attention to details
· Very good in English
