Learning and Development Coordinator at AB and Associates

We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator at AB and Associates.

Role Objective:
• Setting plans for the implementation of the Training plans contracted with allocated accounts.
• Dealing with Freelance trainers/assessors and consultants for matching calendar requirements and reaching confirmations for the plan. 
• Coordinating with the company vendors including hotels/venues
• Provide support to the Trainers/assessors in compiling the training and assessment materials.
• Concluding the course needed documentation and invoicing as well as acting as the customer interface between the Firm and the client.
• Providing support to other training/assessment coordinators in client relations, troubleshooting and coordination of major projects as well as own assignments.
• Writing and revising reports and ensuring the quality of the final assessment reports and development plans as required.

Coordinator Profile:
• Fresh Graduate – (Faculty of Business Administration / Arts/ Alsun)
• Interested in a career in HR / L&D
• Perfect English and Arabic
• Heliopolis Resident
