A leading mortgage finance company is looking for new employees in the Verification and CBE Reporting Department with the following requirements:
Job description:
- Verification of all data and information mentioned on customer's mortgage application and generate the verification report for each applicant. And the monthly reports of the financed clients to the Central Bank of Egypt and I score.
- Site visit for residence of the customer, to ascertain the validity of the data mentioned in the mortgage application.
- Site visit for work place of the client to interview the official person who signed the income proof.
- Generate the credit history report through I-Score system.
- Review the files before booking the deal (supervise loan admin Dep).
- Viewing and propose (CCR) on the central bank system.
- Prepare and finalize the monthly reports of the I-Score (reached high accuracy percentage as per I score thanks letter).
- Prepare and finalize the monthly reports of the CBE.
Job qualifications:
- 4 – 6 Year Experience in Verification.
- Excellent command written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full knowledge with Microsoft Office applications.
- Adept in finalizing the CBE & I-Score Reports.
- Manage working under pressure.
- Self-starter and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and in team environments.
