A leading mortgage finance company is looking for new employees in the Funding Department with the following requirements:
Job description:
- Closing all loans, taking the lead and coordinate internal functions with customers to finalize the process of closing the deal.
- Handling all activities related to post signing within the company and with external regulator.
- Review documents received from customers to ensure compliance with final approval prior signing.
- Servicing all operations post signing activities like rescheduling, repayment, termination and maintenance.
- Dealing with the insurance companies in issue to insure on the approved clients and updating its reports monthly.
- Finalizing the FRA, EMRC monthly reports.
Job qualifications:
- 4-6 Yrs. Experience in banking institutions.
- Excellent command written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full knowledge with Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage working under pressure.
- Self-starter and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and in team environments.
