Job Description:
. Receive customers at front counter receptions and process shipments through DHL software.
. Ensure all security procedures for all shipments received are followed up.
. Ensure that all shipments arriving at the express center are scanned whether delivered through the front counter or will be Held for Collection.
. Assure all customers receive service, which is prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful.
. Provide customer feedback to others in the organization
. Meet service level and response time objectives
. Meet quality objectives
. Perform customer identification
. Perform shipment identification
. Record sales leads and operation
. Leads record customer complaints.
.Make continuous work process improvements
. Revenue Generator.
