Export & Customer Service Coordinator at Ascom Egypt

Job Title: Export & Customer Service Coordinator 
Employer: Ascom Egypt 
Job Location: Al-Maadi 

Job Responsibilities:
• Executing orders plan.
• Follow-up on the monthly sales forecast execution.
• Identify customer current and prospective needs and provide information about the company product.
• Follow-up the receiving process till 100% order fulfillment.
• Receive daily report from the warehouse to compare between ready and planed material.
• Receive daily report from the production department to compare between produced and planned material.
• Monthly follow-up on planned production due dates, organize the sales plan, send it to the production before month start to get expected production dates.
• Follow-up requirement report to fulfill the export orders quarterly.
• Fully responsible in managing the production & logistic planning and coordination to fulfill the monthly forecast with best possible way.
• Fix any day to day forecast issues in case of any amendments.
• Resolve customer complaints and answer customer questions regarding company product, policies and procedures.

Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 year's experience
• Fluent in English
