RAN Performance Monitoring Engineer Team Leader at SKY Consultancy

SKY Consultancy is now hiring " RAN Performance Monitoring Engineer Team Leader " for Ericsson Company. 

Requirements:
o At least 2 years of experience in the Telecom Industry.
o Excellent knowledge and understanding of GSM, WCMDA and LTE.
o Deep understanding of Air interface, logical and physical channels
o Deep understanding of 2G/3G/LTE Network Performance KPIs and correlation between them.
o Good knowledge of building and Customizing performance reports
o Customer Relationship Management skills

Responsibilities:
1-Contributing to tools, process, communications optimizations relating to RAN PM Engineer activities at Performance Monitoring Team Member
2-Monitor the LTE and Transmission network KPI’s and analyze them in case of any degradation or abnormality found.
3-Pre-agreed process of escalation in case the detected problem is not solved.
4-Benchmarking reports to compare network status before and after CRs implementations
5-Event’s handling: Monitoring the network KPIs in event’s times
6-Responsible for health checks
7-Responsible for generating operational reports.
