Groupe Atlantic is looking for a Production Engineer in 10th of Ramadan
Main responsibilities will include:
โข Promote and ensure that safety instructions are well maintained
โข Prepare production daily reports
โข Monitor hourly production process
โข Investigate, analyze and report stoppages and production problems
โข Perform root cause analysis and take the corrective action
โข Review and monitor the work instructions implementation on the plant
โข Handle the training of new hire operators and evaluation
โข Monitor attendance of operators
โข Seek for continuous improvement ideas
โข Maintain and update the production department database
โข Assist in operatorโs evaluation in quarterly basis
Job Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Engineering โ Production/Mechanical
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in similar position in a factory
- Languages: fluency spoken English
- Technical report skills Ex: Gap analysis and root cause analysis
- Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical components
