Groupe Atlantic is looking for a Production Engineer in 10th of Ramadan
Main responsibilities will include:
• Promote and ensure that safety instructions are well maintained
• Prepare production daily reports
• Monitor hourly production process
• Investigate, analyze and report stoppages and production problems
• Perform root cause analysis and take the corrective action
• Review and monitor the work instructions implementation on the plant
• Handle the training of new hire operators and evaluation
• Monitor attendance of operators
• Seek for continuous improvement ideas
• Maintain and update the production department database
• Assist in operator’s evaluation in quarterly basis
Job Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Engineering – Production/Mechanical
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in similar position in a factory
- Languages: fluency spoken English
- Technical report skills Ex: Gap analysis and root cause analysis
- Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical components
