Implementation & Support Specialist at El Saba Autoservice

El Saba Autoservice is hiring Implementation & Support Specialist with below requirements:

· Excellent computer skills and general knowledge of IT field
· Basic knowledge of UML
· Basic knowledge of SQL server management studio and SQL
· Basic knowledge of Visual studio
· Basic knowledge of crystal reports is a plus
· Basic knowledge of agile SDLC is a plus
· Basic knowledge of C# programming language is a plus
· Experience with requirements management tools is a plus
· Basic knowledge of business processes and best practices in auto service, automotive, warehousing, operations, distribution, accounting, warranty, and supply chain is a plus
· Positive attitude – aggressive, works hard, has GET THE JOB DONE mentality
· Excellent communication and Email writing 

Qualifications:

· Any computer related bachelor degree
· Fresh graduate or +1 year of experience
· IT general knowledge
· English: Very good command in both spoken and written
