HR Personnel 

Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field preferred Cosmetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
A minimum of 3 Years of experience.
HR certificate/diploma is a Prefer.
Knowledge of Egypt Labor law and Private medical insurance will be plus.
Good in English Language (written and spoken).
Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
Good communication skills with all levels in the work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Receive employees’ registration via fingerprints on the system and create the daily report.
Control and maintain the fingerprint attendance machine.
Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them containing remaining balances.

Run monthly report transaction "monthly effects" to send it to Compensation department "Absences, Penalties and Sick leave "to update the payroll system with the daily salary transactions.
Receive any modifications in labor’s shifts and prepare employees’ attendance report.
