About the Job:
• A business development executive is a senior manager tasked with the job of helping his or her business grow and therefore, they are high-level sales professionals
• Their priority is to assist our company acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones; this means the role is a crucial one for any business with the ambition to expand or the necessity to diversify its clientele
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• Collaborating with sales, marketing and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
• Developing customized targeted sales strategies
• Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
• Coordinating business generation activities
• Responding to client requests for proposals
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
• Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
• Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
• Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
• Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
• Also means that effective business development managers are in high demand in nearly every job sector there is, including business-to-business, business-to-customer, and even non-profit organizations.
Job Requirements:
• Business Development, Marketing or Sales Background or Engineering
• Well experience, energetic, self-motivated
• Excellent with Computer
• Fluent in English
• BBA or MBA is Preferred
• E-Business / Social Media Skills
• Strong communication and IT fluency.
• Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organization.
