Fetchr is looking to Hire Learning and Development Manager in our HO in Abasya, the candidate must have previous experience at least 8 years in L&D, preferred who has experience in call center.
Main responsibilities:
1. Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
2. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs in call center
3. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
4. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training.
5. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
6. Help managers develop their team members through career path
7. Track budgets and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
1. Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
2. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
3. Experience in project management and budgeting
4. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
6. Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
