HR Director at English Learning Center

Urgently needed HR Director For English Learning Center At Dokki 

Job Descriptions:

- Performs HR Administrator and Manager Functions
- Creates HR policies and regulations, and discusses with senior managers the methods of cascading it to their teams. 
- Gives assistance in preparing annual manpower plan.
- Handles employee’s attendance, leaves and annuals.
- Follows up medical insurance packages for the employees.
- Presents the company code of conduct and policies.
- Responsible for headcount, turnover monthly analysis.
- Continuous development and analysis of Harvest HR strategy and policies, assessing the impact of changes and making recommendations on their implementation in Harvest.
- Prepares HR related documents like: (employment applications, employment contract and renewals of contracts, required employment documents, warning letters, etc.)

Job Requirements:

- Experience from 1 to 3 years maximum in the same position is a must.  
- Fluency in English language is a must.
- HR diploma holder is preferred.
- Salary based on the experience
