Our company is seeking to hire a "Female Admin & CEO Assistant"
located in Smouha, Alexandria
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Organize travel arrangements for senior managers
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Resolve administrative problems.
Responsible for stamping, envelope organization and reviewing tender documents.
Manage the day to day operations of the office.
Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Job Requirements:
2 years' experience is must
Excellent knowledge of documents managements
Excellent knowledge of software proposals and contracts
Clients follow-up skills
Good-looking female is preferred
Fluent English and French is must
