BIM Architect Engineer , (CODE : Arch-bim)
Requirements:-
- Experience : from 1 to 4 years.
- Preparation of Arch. LOD 300 & LOD 400 BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Preparation of 4D and 5D details, clash detection, clash analysis using Navisworks.(Advantage)
- Coordinates with other Disciplines.
- Create Clash Detection using Autodesk Revit & apply proper solution for them.
- Preparing BOQ to be extracted directly from BIM Models.
- Preparing Shop Drawings to include all required Information/Annotation.
-Checking/Review the input BIM Models from Consultant/Designer.
- Create content for BIM libraries.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and perform own work to meet identified time frames and standards.
- detail-oriented with good communication skills.
- Communicate effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices and achievement of team goals.
