Plant Manager
Main Purpose:
Lead and manage all plant operations to achieve company’s plans and objectives and achieve a competent profitability while developing Continuous Improvement culture in order to achieve required production volume defined by VP of Manufacturing, in compliance with quality standards and in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators set, fulfilling safety norms and satisfying internal customers’ needs based on the ISO standards and requirements.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Fluent command of English language (speaking, reading and writing).

MS Word Skills Advanced
MS Excel Skills Advanced
MS PowerPoint Advanced
MS Outlook Skills Advanced
Working Conditions:
Working Days: 5 days/week [From Sunday till Thursday]
Days Off: 2 days/week [Friday and Saturday]
Working Hours: From 7:30 am till 04:00 pm
Working Environment: In Plant
