General Manager Executive Assistant

Elsewedy Industries is HIRING General Manager Executive Assistant

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
2- Professional Postgraduate Diploma (preferred).
3- Fluency in English.
4- 8:10 years’ Experience (preferred in industrial environment).
5- Proven and consistently demonstrated skills in the following:
a. Exceptional Customer Service
b. Relationship Building
c. Effective Communication
d. Mobility
6- Gender: Female

Essential Functions:

1. Ensures materials and reports for signature are accurate and complete; proofreads and checks typed and other materials for accuracy, completeness and compliance with District standards, policies and procedures.
2. Represents the General Manager’s office and the District on internal committees and task forces and with external groups and organizations.
3. Schedules, prepares agenda and meeting materials and types minutes for various meetings.
4. Maintains the General Manager’s, calendars; coordinates, arranges and confirms meetings.
