FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING in Scope Communications and Advertising: Accountant

Job Summary:
- Prepare and maintain quotations, archive POs and invoices
- Maintain status sheet for running projects
- Generate periodical reports for inward and outward jobs 
- Follow-up with clients on POs
- Archive finished tasks 
- Assist strategic planning manager in analysis, reporting, and other strategic tasks
- Forecast margins to help the business understand the impact of promotional and seasonal pricing

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in pricing
- Financial Background is a must 
- Excellent attention to details
- Excellent use of MS Excel and Word
- English proficiency (both spoken & written)
- Business writing
- Advertising background is a privilege
