Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• A Diploma in Human Resources Management is required
Extensive recruitment experience in a professional office environment is required, with a minimum of five years progressive relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal in English), project management, and analytical skills.
• Creativity, enthusiasm and an ability to think out of the box.
• Attention to details with ability to respond quickly and effectively to problems/crises.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Being proactive and motivated.
Comprehensive knowledge of computer and software applications is required
Skills:
Understanding of the recruitment market place including advertising media, recruitment consultancies and direct recruitment.
Strong administration and time management skills.
Proven experience in negotiation with external providers.
Confident and professional communicator with staff at all levels.
Understanding of employment law and how it is related to recruitment
