1-Head of Contracting:
- Leadership and control of the product mix and profitability of these key geographical regions for JacTravel (Middle East and North Africa).
- Raise the company profile and establish top level links within the region.
2-Senior BDM :
- Prospecting and closing sales opportunities within a defined territory.
- Forecasting and tracking of sales opportunities.
3-Regional Head of Sales :
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Client relationships.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
- Representing WebBeds at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
4-Operations Executive:
- Responsible to answer all inquiries ensuring that every customer is served in an efficient, thorough and courteous manner.
- Completing calls & emails in a manner that maintains quality and quantity.
5-Operations Senior- Leader :
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
