Main Responsibilities:
-Execute logistics operations for billets by receiving vessel nominations, for acceptance or rejection, then manage documentation and readiness to receive the billets shipments.
-Receive updates from customs clearance agents regarding the daily status of billets volume (storage and transportation).
-Receive billets status report and also create and receive billets delivery reports using excel to ensure efficient transportation.
-Cooperate with custom clearance administrator to finalize bank documents and procedures by preparing Bank forms, acquiring signature verification, and releasing documents from banks.
-Participate in preparing the documentation of shipments to ensure the smoothness of shipments logistics operations by preparing projects shipments forms, acquiring signature verification and release docs from banks.
-Receive pre-alert and documents for imported billets shipments to update incoming transportation plan.

-Fluent English
-very good in excel
-3-5 years of experience in same title
-Graduated from Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport is prefer
