Responsibilities:
- Creating, monitoring, and managing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Performing variance analysis to identify deviations from budgeted costs and understand underlying causes.
- Providing guidance to management on effective pricing strategies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve gross margins and operating income.
- Recommending cost-saving opportunities by analyzing expense patterns.
- Creating and maintaining budgeted costs and revenue reports as required.
- Ensuring precise and reliable revenue reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Background in Real Estate and Construction industries preferred.
