#Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and direct the maintenance team.
* Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
* Conduct routine equipment maintenance.
* Troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
* Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
* Manage the maintenance budget.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
* Minimum [15 to 20 ] years of experience in equipment maintenance in the food industry.
* In-depth knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
* Excellent leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management.
