We are looking for an experienced Financial Consultant with a strong background in ERP systems, preferably Odoo, to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our financial operations and ensuring the efficient use of our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess and maximize the utilization of the ERP system, with a focus on Odoo.
2. Review and enhance the financial reports required by the accounting department.
3. Evaluate business cycles, including vendor, contractor, cost, banking, and client processes.
4. Conduct risk assessments for each financial role within the organization.
5. Review and assess the Chart of Accounts structure.
6. Recommend the best workflow practices for the finance department.
7. Provide training to finance department staff.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data with other business systems.
9. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and financial regulations.
10. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related financial issues.
