We are Sanad for Alternative Parental Care, a leading non-profit organization in Egypt working to strengthen the alternative parental care system. We're looking for passionate and detail-oriented interns to join our team as Learning & Development Operations Coordinators.
📅 Working Days: 4 days a week

Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the availability of attendance and registration sheets for all sessions.
2. Capture and document photos and videos during programs.
3. Prepare and print high-quality materials required for each program.
4. Oversee the timely provision of high-quality coffee breaks within the allocated budget.
5. Supply all necessary equipment/tools based on the specific requirements of each program.
6. Manage and coordinate all pre-program logistics and details.
7. Collect and organize logistical information for each program.
8. Maintain accurate records of learners' data in the database.
9. Enter workshop data into documentation files and upload them to the platform.
10. Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports for training programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree of Social Work, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
Previous experience in admin support/event planning is a plus!
