HR Business Partner
Job Description:
Identify the current and future hiring needs of our company.
Build a pipeline of potential candidates based on new project requirements.
Define onboarding procedures aligned with our company’s culture.
Develop training plans for employees and departments.
Track KPIs and suggest improvements.
Design and implement company policies in compliance with our long-term business goals.
Support staff and managers with day-to-day HR issues.
Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.

Job Requirements:
4-6 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
HR Diploma is a must
Excellent English proficiency
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
