Associate Account Executive at Fawry

Fawry Banking & Payment Service is currently looking for an "Associate Account Executive " to join our team!

Job description:
 1) Serve as the primary point of contact for operational support within the Merchant Acquisition Team.
 2) Manage and track incoming tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  3) Collaborate with Finance and any other Departments to track and follow up on financial aspects related to partnerships, such as invoicing and payment processing.
 4) Maintain accurate records and documentation related to partnerships, including contracts, financial data, and correspondence.
 5) Assist in the preparation of partnership-related reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
 
Job Requirements:
. 1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  2) Previous experience in an operations or coordination role, preferably withinana Acceptance or business development context.
 3) Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
 4) Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all operational activities.
 5)Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM.
