Responsibilities:
1.Ensure resolving technical malfunction of factory machines that disrupts production processes and report it to Maintenance team leader including quality and safety CAPA & GMP deviations.
2.Prepare malfunction reports and breakdown timings with corrective action plan.
3.Assist in preparing maintenance plans and work orders.
4.Responsibility for the implementation of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance plans for various factory machinery by preparing work orders accordingly forming work groups.
5.Responsible for Autonomous Maintenance implementation.
6.Monitors spare parts release from warehouses and monitors spare parts stocks and follow up reorder spare parts.
7.Monitor spare parts consumption on each machine and check how we can reduce this consumption.
8.Responsible for preparing manpower allocation plan in different work shifts and assigning work orders according to the business need.
9.Managing and control the tools of maintenance team and check needed tools for order.
10.Execution of job order throughout internal or external workshops.
11.Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery malfunctions, suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtimes.
12.Suggest machinery modifications ideas to improve productivity or decrease waste.
13.Ensure production line utilities to be in a good operation and follow up its preventive maintenance plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
- Good command of English language
