With a strong client services focus. Our range of IT products and services cater to various industries such as Government, Financial Institutions, Oil & Gas, and Media.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant field.
- 2 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of experience in Technical Support/Application Support/Software Customer Support/Software Implementer/Software Consultant.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving, investigating and diagnosing inquiries and issues related to the system.
- Handle daily technical support cases via phone and email, providing step-by-step guidelines and follow-ups to ensure complete resolution.
- Troubleshoot issues in the product (application and data), SQL database server, web server (IIS), and networks to minimize disruption risks.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications.
- Attend in-person or remote meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose software problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track customer issues using a ticketing system.
- Provide system training to end-users and explain technical concepts clearly and concisely in simple terms.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operational Level Agreement (OLA).

- Proactive approach to improving support process and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to share knowledge effectively and work collaboratively as a team player.

𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:
- Very good command of the English language (written & spoken).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
