OD Section Head at The Address Holding


The Address Holding is currently hiring an #OD_Section_Head:

Job Scope:
The primary role of this position is to support the development and enhancement of organizational
design and participate in implementing OD initiatives & change management interventions aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and overall performance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- [ ] Participate in developing, and enhancing organizational design to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
- [ ] Analyze and recommend changes to reporting relationships, span of control, and departmental alignments as needed.
- [ ] Conduct thorough job analysis to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions for all roles within the organization.
- [ ] Carry out workload analysis to identify workload distribution, capacity constraints, and resource optimization opportunities.
- [ ] Collect and analyze data related to organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and performance metrics & KP|s.
- [ ] Develop and maintain competency frameworks that outline the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required for each role within the organization.
- [ ] Support the implementation of performance management systems including goal setting to drive high-performance culture and individual employee growth.
- [ ] Execute regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- [ ] Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct comprehensive organizational assessments and ensure successful implementation of OD plans and initiatives.
- [ ] Analyze & interpret various organizational data, and prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management. 1? Design and implement change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation.

Requirements:
- [ ] 5 - 7 years of experience in organization development.
- [ ] Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels 
- [ ] Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- [ ] Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- [ ] Previous experience in Job analysis, competency framework development, organizational design principles, policies and procedures, workload analysis, and performance management.
- [ ] Updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to organization development.
- [ ] Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
