We need to hire portfolio manager and the following his/her main duties:
- Portfolio Oversight: Monitor and analyze the performance of our investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with portfolio companies, implementing proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, evaluating business models, financials, and market dynamics.
- Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with portfolio company leadership, providing strategic guidance and support where necessary.
- Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarizing portfolio performance, key metrics, and strategic insights.
- Exit Strategies: Collaborate with the investment team to
develop and execute exit strategies, optimizing returns on investments.
- Market Research:Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform investment decisions and strategy.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investment analysts, legal, and finance, to ensure cohesive and effective portfolio management.
