Elbatal Developments is seeking a “financial director”who can lead our financial operations and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
The financial director will report to the CEO and will be responsible for the following:
Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies
Preparing and analyzing accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts
Monitoring and managing cash flow and liquidity
Optimizing our capital structure and debt financing
Ensuring adherence to local and international tax laws and regulations

qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field from a reputable institution
At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in the real estate sector
A professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA or equivalent
