Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the company's overall strategic direction.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Develop strategic initiatives, business plans, and roadmaps to drive growth and achieve long-term objectives.
Lead the development and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring effective execution.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Assess potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior members of the strategy team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or fintech industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus.
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is a plus.
Credit course or proven capabilities in financial modeling.
Deep understanding of the financial services industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate business cases.
Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate through ambiguity and uncertainty.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
